Joint development project

• Aim to create a platform for future climate-smart
  construction production

The house has been designed and built to pass
certification according to Miljöbyggnad Gold.

• The climate declaration reports an average emission level
  of 192 kg CO2 eq/m2 light BTA during its entire life cycle.
• Primary energy use 55.4 kWh of energy per square
  meter of gross area during the use phase = a reduction by
  more than half.

Assembly

• A total of 500 elements in CLT that were delivered on 23
  truck trailers. Assembly time was 3-4 days per floor.
